The Ranch Community utilizes all PLPOA permit applications.

Upon completing a PLPOA permit application, please submit first to The Ranch Community's Architectural Control Committee (ACC).  Use the Information Request form on the Home page if you need the ACC contact information.  After Ranch Community ACC approval, submit the permit application to the PLPOA ECC (Environmental Control Committee) for approval.  Please note that the ECC requires a two-week review of all applications prior to their next meeting before approval.  A schedule of ECC meeting dates can be found at the PLPOA offices.
